As part of Gathered Threads, the exhibition, Cheryl Cook and I are going to have a pop- up "Inkpot Atelier" on Saturdays and Sundays in the SPARC gallery space @arcyinnar . All you need do is bring yourself and $10 for each session from 2- 4 pm ,from Sunday 3 September and Cheryl and I will encourage some fun play with natural inks, painting and printing, we will provide all the materials and equipment. You will take home your pieces so they can be worked on the next session. The last session will be Saturday 30 September. We will take you through colouring and painting with natural ink, nature printing, overprinting and painting and enhancing with stitching. These are short sessions to give you a taster of what is possible.
